Pick-up service is available from your Chiang Mai accommodation.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Know in advance:
- You'll be requested to add your pickup and contact details during checkout
- The local operator will contact you to confirm the pick-up location and time once your booking is confirmed
- During the raining season (June - September) trekking might not be available, since the trekking spot will be flooded and closed. For your safety, the itinerary will be altered and skip the hike and visit other nice places nearby
