How to use
Pick up is available from hotels in Ao Nang, Krabi Town and Ao Nam Mao. You'll be asked to provide your pick up location during the booking.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants (age 0-4), or people with back or neck problems
- This activity is tailored to meet all levels of climbing ability
- The climbing program is subject to change due to weather condition
- If you're staying at Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach, there is an extra fee of 200 THB per person for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip
