Eligibility
Adult: Age 7+
Child: Age 3 to 6
Children below 1.2 metres height & below 7 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children age under 3 years will be allowed free of charge.
Children 7 years and above 1.2 metres height will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.
How to use
After confirming your booking, we will send your voucher to the email address you provided. To learn how to use your voucher, please check the usage instructions included in the email. Please note that the voucher only applies to the traveler groups mentioned in the booking options. Any other traveler groups are not eligible for voucher use.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Swim attire policy: The guest should change in swimwear before entering the water.
- No refunds will be provided if the guests are prohibited due to their attire improper for a waterpark.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the time
- Children aged three years and above, with a height exceeding 1.2 meters, are permitted.
- No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aqua-venture.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark offers family-friendly zones.
- Some attractions may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
- Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is prohibited.
- Sharing transfers can be arranged only from a centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence.
- Additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
- Timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
- Important Note: - Atlantis Off-peak tickets will not be valid for the below-mentioned dates -
