Our guide Pawel was lovely. Couldn’t really of been any better. We felt very relaxed and well looked after. Pawel listened to my mums interests and tailored the day with little extras to suit her interests. I’d recommend to friends with no hesitation.

We did the tour with Casper; he's very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and a great driver. He was very attentive and punctual. We were a small group and had plenty of free time. Zakopane was very crowded when we were there, but it is a tourist area, and you have to be aware of that.

A wonderful excursion to discover Zakopane and its surroundings. Kaia, our guide, is a cheerful, empathetic, kind, and helpful girl, always smiling and friendly. She provided us with tons of information in English during all the bus transfers, and also sent us information and photos via WhatsApp, making everything clearer and easier to understand and imagine. We visited Chocolow, a truly charming little wooden village, and enjoyed tasting vodka and oscipek, the typical local cheese, freshly grilled in traditional bacowkas in the snow with a view of the mountains. We also visited Zakopane, reached the top of the mountain via the Gubalowka cable car, and immersed ourselves in the Chocolowskie thermal baths. The visits to the various sites were well-timed, and we enjoyed each place and experience to the fullest. Everything was wonderfully organized. I'm so happy to have taken an excursion with so many places to visit and experiences to enjoy!

Amazing tour! Adam was a the best tourguide. He had lot of knowledge to share and was great at explaining it. The whole tour was amazing, with mesmerizing nature and a view into the locals and their dayly lfe. We where amazed. Would recommend both the tour and Adam for everyone, it is definitely worth it. We even got recommendations for the rest of our visit in Krakow, and we got the taste the most delicious meal, ever.

The tour overall was excellent as exactly as described. The wooden village was nice and very pretty. It was nice to see how old yet well kept the log houses are. When we arrived at the cheese & vodka hut, we were greeted by the beautiful smell or grilled traditional polish cheese and a gorgeous cherry vodka that both tasted delicious. Zakopane was a nice little town with lots of shops and plenty of places to buy cheese and drinks etc. The thermal baths were very busy but as we had pre booked with the tour, we got through very quickly with Kamil. The outdoor bar pool was the best one in there. I think value for money was good given the length and detail of the trip. Our tour guide Kamil was super friendly and so knowledgeable throughout the tour, giving us historical facts and recommendations for the future too. His English was excellent and overall he made the tour very worth while. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely book yours again with Cracow Top Tours.
