Don't buy there; purchase from Travel.com instead!!! I tried paying on the spot and they asked for over 7,000 yen for two people, and even if I tried to get a refund 5 minutes later, they charged a 730 yen fee per person. Also, if you pay by card, the money arrives late because it's an overseas transaction lol. On Travel.com, you can buy tickets for about 18,000 won per person, and you can even select your seats and choose your time. If you search on Naver for how to use the QR code, the instructions are well-explained, so save money~! It's simple.

On the first day of our family trip to Osaka, we freely explored the city using the Osaka Amazing Pass, but registering the pass, setting the route, and finding our way were difficult, and our feet were on fire from all the walking. So, for the second day, we booked a bus tour to Kyoto and Nara. To start with, we were able to visit each attraction very comfortably. The guide highlighted the key points of each spot so well that we were able to avoid any trial and error on our first visit, making for a very comfortable and fulfilling trip. We also thoroughly enjoyed the lunch recommended by our guide, Mr. Kumun-gil, and our entire family was very satisfied. Thank you.

I used a one-day tour while traveling in Osaka with my son and a junior colleague, and I was much more satisfied than I expected. Our guide, Mika, was very kind and gave great explanations. She also took good care of us, making us feel comfortable during our travels, so we had a great time. It was nice being able to visit various places comfortably, unlike traveling alone. Thanks to you, I made wonderful memories. Thank you, Mika! 😊 I would love to use your service again next time I visit Osaka.

The customer service contacted me via WeChat and email the day before my trip, meticulously informing me of the meeting time and point. I traveled with my family, and we were very satisfied with the overall service. Our tour guide was incredibly attentive and helpful. He not only explained a lot about Japanese history but also provided detailed information about the attractions. He even gave me tips on feeding the deer after arriving at Nara Park! I think 5 stars isn't enough to praise him! Our family had a very fulfilling trip! We even bought a black Hello Kitty plush toy!

Buying through Ctrip was very convenient, and the prices were more affordable than other places during promotions. We exchanged our tickets for reserved seats at the airport and then used our 5-day wide-area pass to visit the Honshu region, which we had never been to before. We also rode the adorable panda-themed train – a fantastic experience!
