Reviews: Durban: Local Markets and Culture Guided Walking Tour
Guest User2026-04-10
We felt like we got a sense of what real Durban life can be like. Johnny was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt safe walking around an area that we would never have explored without a guide. We were a group of 12 and unfortunately the start was delayed by an hour while we waited for two latecomers. While we appreciate they had paid for the experience, there should have been provision for them to catch up with us further into the tour, rather than us delaying our start for so long. The time we spent at the coffee shop was too long and it would have been good to learn more about the culture, rather than just the political history.
