Amazing! It was the best tour I took in Vietnam. Seeing the city while traveling on bike is very convenient, food in a restaurant we visited was delicious and the tour guide Jinny was really nice and fun to talk to. If this is your first visit to Hanoi, book this tour first! Our guide, Neo, picked us up from our hotel right on time. I had a list of places and things I wanted to see and do. Neo made it happen! His English is excellent and he knew where to find ALL of the most amazing spots. He exceeded every expectation. On my first trip to Hanoi, the host arrived a little early, just before 9 a.m. My family was tired and had to change our itinerary mid-tour, but the host was very flexible and helpful. Even though my Korean wasn't up to par, the host's fluent(?) explanations were very helpful. My wife loves taking photos, so the host took many beautiful pictures without complaint, even when I asked for help. After the tour, he even guided me to the spa and massage, which I'm very grateful for.★

The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.★

What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!★

The most important thing to keep in mind when taking this cruise is that it's not really a cruise. The ship departs from the port and is anchored, and all excursions are on small motorboats. We took a three-day cruise, and it was the best choice. On the first day, we visited popular locations in Halong Bay: 1. Thi Top Island with its observation deck and beach, where we had a wonderful swim, and 2. Sung Sot Cave. On the second day, we transferred to another boat and went to Lan Ha Bay, where it was simply magnificent. There were fewer people. We had a wonderful kayaking trip to Luon Cave, and then swimming in the sea from the ship. We lounged on the deck chairs and sunbathed. The guides were wonderful, caring, and attentive both days. The crew took care of us constantly. The three of us also enjoyed the food; it was plentiful and varied. The only downside was that our cabin didn't have a balcony, but we had to live with it since there were no other three-person cabins available. The transfer was wonderful. This tour was excellent value for money.
