How to use
Please input your contact information correctly so that our staff could contact you if necessary. At the latest of one day before the travel date, we would finalize the pick-up time at your location and inform via KKday Chat. It is recommended that you should be ready at your hotel lobby or the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
We provide free pick-up & drop-off for hotels within Hanoi Old Quarter area. If you stay outside the pick-up area, please head to the meeting point at Hanoi Opera House (No.1 Trang Tien Street) to wait for the car.
For customers who would go to Halong bay to join an overnight cruise, we advise you to choose the departure time as 8.30 AM as most cruises will depart by 12 PM. In addition, kindly enter your cruise name, port name and waiting lot so that our staff could drop you off in the right place.
For customers who return to Hanoi from cruise in Halong bay, kindly enter your cruise name, port name and waiting lot so that our staff could easily pick you up.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
· Departure time: We depart daily at 8.30 AM & 3 PM from Hanoi and 12 PM & 6 PM from Halong
· Duration: 3 hours
· Child seats are not available
· Pets are not allowed on the car as this is shared transfer
· Baggage allowance: Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
· Seat arrangement: Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will try to arrange for a group to seat nearby each other.
