Eligibility
Adult: Age 8 to 55
Children aged 3 (inclusive) to 18 (exclusive) in good health can ride the sea supercar under parental supervision. Seniors over the age limit, pregnant women, recent surgery patients, those with mobility issues, recent cesarean section patients, postpartum recovery patients, and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cervical spondylosis, or other medical conditions are prohibited from participating.
How to use
Once confirmed, we will send the e-confirmation to your email. Please follow the information on the confirmation for your trip. If you have any questions, you may contact customer support online. Our staff will not proactively disturb you if there are no issues with your booking!~
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. Important reminder: Each member must carry a valid passport or passport photo for on-site verification.
2. Please arrive 1 hr in advance on the day of departure. The tour will depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will have the delay deducted from their booked time slot with no additional time compensation. Please plan your travel time accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Please bring your own personal items including swimwear/jellyfish suits, towels, and sun protection (long-sleeved jellyfish suits are recommended).
4. In case of bad weather at the time of booking, the venue reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary for maritime safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Please keep your personal belongings with you and avoid carrying valuables. We are not responsible for any lost items.
