we had an amazing experience with Arif. He took us to the places we wanted and suggested other things to see. He waited for us and give us time to explore. I would recommend using Get my guide. We have nooked different activites to do on the app. It is very easy to do.

Overall the guide and driver wwre very punctual and helpful with explaining everything and where everything is. The only issue we personally had was during pick up we had to wait really long because the other parties joining were late. We personally feel that if they arent down on time wait for 5 minutes and then leave since the people who are already in the bus/van were waiting. We were picked up around 10:20am and we were only able to depart to genting after picking three parties and waiting for them around 11:45am close to 12pm.

The elephant experience was truly meaningful. The children also enjoyed listening to the elephant story, empathizing with the elephants, and bonding with them. We encountered a problem with the vehicle upon departure, but Trip.com quickly took care of it, so we had a smooth trip. The driver was very kind and always checked on us and explained the situation to ensure a smooth tour. While it's a bit far from downtown KL, it's a worthwhile destination to visit at least once.


