We took our parents on a one-day tour to Ninh Binh, and it became one of the most meaningful experiences of our trip to Vietnam. The breathtaking natural scenery brought a deep sense of peace to our hearts, and the warmth and kindness of the Vietnamese people made the experience even more special.
Our tour guide, Mr. Minh, was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt the best guide we have ever had. From the very beginning, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel comfortable and cared for. His explanations were clear, detailed, and fascinating. His knowledge of Vietnamese history was remarkable; listening to him felt like attending a lesson from a passionate professor who truly loves his country and culture.
Thanks to Mr. Minh’s professionalism, patience, and heartfelt care, we were able to relax and fully enjoy every moment of the journey with our parents. He didn’t just guide us — he made us feel at home.

The tour, the program, and the guide were great. Only the communication at certain points was a bit unfortunate. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 7:00 AM, asked if that was possible, and received confirmation. When no bus was in sight at 7:45 AM, we contacted the tour operator and asked to come to the main road instead, as the bus couldn't access the side street. The bus and the ride itself were then excellent. At the port, we were dropped off without any further information and waited again for someone to contact us. This took another half hour. From then on, everything was great again. The boat, food, and program were all good. In Hanoi, we were supposed to be dropped off at our hotel again, but were let out several streets away because the bus was supposedly too big. We definitely could have been dropped off closer to the hotel, as we were practically walking behind the bus. We would recommend the tour, but the communication needs improvement.
