Miss Duyen was a fantastic guide for our tour. We were shown Monkey Mountain, but if you want to actually see the monkeys, you're better off doing a morning tour as we didn't have any luck. The Lady Buddha was amazing to see in her full glory as well as the pagoda. We went to see where the marble was made and then finally on to Water Mountain and the caves. It is a 300 step climb to the top of the mountain so be warned. The lift only takes you about 100 steps up. Fantastic afternoon and Miss Duyen (Miss Banana) was most delightful and very informative.

This was a well organized trip that went exactly according to plan. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and communication was smooth and easy. Occcasionally, things moved a little faster than necessary but overall the pacing was quite adequate. I would have appreciated a little more guidance with the way the Fourr Seasons restaurant worked because the moment we set foot inside the guide and the group disappeared. A table reserved for the group would have been nice, as well as more info on what each floor offered, etc. In any case, these were minor issues and did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Visiting the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills in Da Nang was truly one of the most amazing experiences of our lives! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and walking on the bridge surrounded by the mountains and clouds felt like something out of a dream. Everything was so well organized, clean, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend anyone visiting Da Nang to go and experience this incredible place for themselves — it’s unforgettable! A very special thank you to our amazing tour guide, Tony. He made our trip so special by giving us enough space to explore at our own pace while still being there whenever we needed him. His kindness, professionalism, and friendly nature made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for such beautiful memories — we will cherish them forever! ✨

The Ba Na Hills tour was perfect! The local guide spoke English, but we communicated through a translator and took excellent photos. The weather was perfect, making it truly amazing. I think I'll remember it for the rest of my life. The complimentary craft beer was delicious. Drinking it while watching the performance was incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend it.
