This trip was fantastic! The scenery was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The service from the cruise company, SST Travel, was also very professional. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the tickets, provided luxury car pick-up and drop-off, and arranged the cruise activities very professionally. The meals were also delicious, and every member of the team was very friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and give them a thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends next time they come.★

I was worried that there was no review, but the cruise was good and everything with the service was consistent. Trip.com customer center is so convenient to consult at all times. The bus from Hanoi was also comfortable and satisfied. However, it was a very difficult journey for children to take a bus at 7 o'clock and take a bus around Hanoi for an hour and a half, picking people up and getting off at the port in 4 hours after taking the bus. Everything is good except that. The bus and cruise guides were so friendly. By the way, the minibar (except water and coffee) and drinks in the room are all charged.★

It was a comfortable and fulfilling trip. Starting from Hanoi and heading to Ha Long Bay, the minivan was definitely the most comfortable option. The massage chairs relieved the fatigue of the long journey. Once in Ha Long Bay, our guide, Xiao Ying, provided commentary throughout the trip and acted as our photographer, taking thousands of photos which she sent to us via WeChat, ensuring we had group photos of all the scenery – a very thoughtful service.★

This was a great way to experience Ha Long Bay! We were picked up from our accommodation and enjoyed great commentary along the way by Linh our guide. Linh shared lots of information about the history and culture of Vietnam throughout the day. We saw and learned so much. We were travelling with my mum who walks with a walking stick and Linh and the staff were always helpful. The lunch on the boat was lovely and there was so much of it that we couldn’t eat all of it! We were able to take a speed boat ride as well as a traditional boat ride during the day.★

I don't think I would have been able to go on my own, so I'm glad I took the tour.
I felt at ease because the guide spoke Japanese.
They also made a reservation for the tea shop (additional charge), and I think I was able to experience it because I was on the tour.
The weather was nice, the night view was amazing, and I was able to enjoy it to the fullest.
The guide's consideration was also wonderful. I was the only solo participant on the tour.
