Our guide, Jo, made the difference. She was knowledgeable, cheerful, professional, and attentive to the needs of each member of the group. She provided excellent presentations of the places we visited throughout the excursion. Highly recommended. Oscar, the driver, was punctual, attentive, and precise. The trip was comfortable, and even in heavy traffic, he managed to find alternative routes that allowed us to stay on schedule. Very good.★

This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off. ★

Alessandro was an amazing guide and made this beautiful tour, fun and informative! He was highly skilled in getting around all the sights in a timely and effective manner. Lake Como, Bellagio and Varenna were stunning and the weather was perfect! Everthing was orchestrated perfectly. We had free time as well in all the spots to shop, have cafe, or sit and enjoy the views! Highly recommend Memento Italy in Style tours and Alessandro our guide
