I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare. After watching the sunrise, I was given detailed explanations of the history of the area as we toured the various sites, and I think he was a great guide. Outh Sara was so great. Is english was amazing?And he was so informative about the temples and the culture. He allowed us to go at our own pace and really made it an enjoyable experience. Until this day, Luxor in Egypt was my most interesting excursion, but now I have a new favorite. Visiting Angkor was my little dream, and it came true! I understand how important this place is in world history. Our guide, Sam, was attentive, and it's clear he enjoys his job, interacting with people from all over the world and sharing the history of his country. We visited the three main temple complexes, but that was enough. I can't even imagine how some people walk all day. Thank you!★

I'm very pleased with my choice of booking to visit the Tonle Sap lake and floating village.
Born in the village, Sarin was an outstanding guide. Humble and considerate, also with excellent English language. I enjoyed chatting about many aspects of life in Cambodia and of course the floating village which he understands so well.
I was lucky to visit just after the end of rainy season, so the water was high and we took a boat to reach the village.
Many beautiful photo opportunities.
Sarin also introduced me to a variety of tasty local snacks. Bamboo sticky rice was my favourite.
I believe (for me) a better option than joining a large group. Yes, a bit more expensive but in my opinion worth it for probably once a lifetime visit.
