We were very fortunate to have Dennis as our guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the canal and the history of Panama. He was very flexible to provide a tour tailored to our interests. After a fascinating tour at the Miraflores locks, since the timing did not work for us to see a ship go through, he took us to another lock where we could. As we had already been through the old town, he took us on a very interesting and informative drive on the causeway and into the downtown area. He also went out of his way to find us a sloth! We highly recommend Dennis as a guide and thoroughly enjoyed this tour.

I was picked up at my hotel promptly at the time by Angel who greeted me professionally with a smile. He explained the daily itinerary and off we went. He knew to get to the Canal early, so we were in the line at opening time to avoid the rush of tourists. The rest of the tour was great. He very knowledgeable and knows the history of his country and facts well. He gratefully answered all my many other questions. I would book with him again. Thanks Angel!

We purchased the 4-hour fishing package in Panama Bay. We met at the marina at 6am - Plenty of free parking. We were on the water by 06:20 and started fishing around 7am. Caught our first fish (Mahi) at 7:17! We caught a total of 5 fish, including a twofer/ tripleheader (caught a Blackfin Tuna and Almaco Jack on the same lure and another Blackfin Tuna on the high line at the same time)! We skirted thunderstorms and had great conversations with the captain and Moises. We were back to our car with tons of fresh fish in ice by 10:20!

It was simply AMAZING! We had a beautiful day fishing, I caught two fishes, plus the amazing scenery watching humpback whales, a group of dolphins jumping around and two turtles mating. What an experience!


