Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

SOOO DEDICATED TEAM 🫶 They don’t provide Fast Track, they literally help w everything like transit, taxi, e-visa, etc... even travel tips around Vietnam. Buy 1 but get so much more haha🫶 Best service ever had!!!★

Everything with the tour was good, and the sites you see are beautiful! Phong was a good guide; he explained information about Ha Long Bay and Hanoi, and was always clear about logistics (like where we were going and how long it would take to get there). The lunch and snacks provided were delicious. Some of the logistics were unclear from the *** listing and could have been communicated a little better ahead of time, but the organizers respond very quickly on Whatsapp to all of the questions I had so this wasn’t a problem.
