I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare. After watching the sunrise, I was given detailed explanations of the history of the area as we toured the various sites, and I think he was a great guide. Our guide Mr Handsome is amazing. A hardworking guy constantly learning and upgrading himself. He is speaking and learning chinese in this food tour with us. We have an awesome range of local khmer street food, beer and a wonderful night with him. All the recommended food are very delicious. Mr Bong Sim is our tuk tuk driver and our story teller ( tour guide) and he is very knowledgeable about all things cambodia! Hotel pickup was also punctual and he arrived earlier than pickup. extremely reliable! He also reminded us on the dos and donts while visiting the temple. Never have to worry about mineral water as he is always ready to provide us with endless supply! Will look for him again on my next trip here. I feel so welcomed in Cambodia, it is as if i am going to meet an old friend with Mr bong sim. 😊★

Xiaoming, our tour guide, was incredibly attentive. He arranged everything perfectly from morning till night, providing transportation to and from every location. Based on my needs, he quickly devised the day's itinerary and gave detailed explanations of each attraction, from the site itself to specific monuments, murals, and sculptures, as well as their cultural and religious background. As a local, he speaks excellent Mandarin, not only in pronunciation but also in his vivid descriptions and metaphors. I benefited immensely from the entire experience. He even took me back to the hotel to shower before heading to the final performance destination. Everything was so thoughtful. Thank you, Xiaoming, and the driver!
