It ticked all the boxes of how the trip was described but time was quite limited. Added to that the meeting point was non-descript, it did not say that there was an underground bus station to meet at, yet our app showed us as being in the right place. I have used GYG on many occasions and have not encountered this before and to be honest this was quite stressful as we were there in plenty of time yet thought we had missed the trip. ☹️★

Asier was an excellent and incredibly friendly guide. The places were well worth visiting, and he combined them with a fascinatingly well-told story about each location. The climb up to the monastery for the panoramic view is well worth it. When we arrived in Mundaka, we enjoyed a delicious bonito pintxo with a glass of Txakoli wine. And in Gernika, we were deeply moved by how he conveyed the history. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.★
