Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent trip. No refunds will be made after the time is up.

The tour ends after an hour and a half; guests will be returned to Hamilton Island Marina.

① Carry-on luggage - Storage space in the ferry cabin is very limited, so luggage brought on board is stored on a first-come, first-served basis. No luggage is allowed in the aisles, wheelchair spaces or any other areas that may impede rapid evacuation.

② Intoxicated passengers will not be allowed to board the ship and the full fare of the Boat Ticket will be forfeited. It is also strictly prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages not purchased on board. Smoking is prohibited on board.

③ Check-in for all ferry departure time is at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Boarding closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Hamilton Island Explore Group reserves the right to refuse passengers’ luggage on board during check-in and boarding times due to loading weight requirements.

④ Hamilton Island is located in the tropics, with an average annual temperature of around 27 degrees. It is sunny in summer and relatively dry in winter. It is recommended to dress in a fashionable and casual style, wearing flat shoes (not high heels), including long-sleeved jackets (the ship's air conditioning and the sea temperature may be relatively low)), and it is recommended to wear a hat and sunscreen.

④ It is recommended to bring a camera, spare batteries, power bank, sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, selfie stick, cash or credit cards.

⑤ If you suffer from seasickness, please take medication before arriving at the meeting point.
