Does what it says.  The buses are quite frequent; however, the first bus is quite a hassle. All buses start from the same location and arrive at other stops later, whereas they should have different buses starting at different locations so people can board at the stop nearest their hotels.

I purchased this ticket to travel from Milan to Nuremberg via Munich. I didn't hesitate much because I could board the trains I wanted for just a little more than buying individual tickets. Of course, I had to reserve seats separately for long distances, but it wasn't difficult or too expensive. On top of that, being in first class allowed me to travel comfortably, so I was very satisfied.
