Muay Thai is a legendary martial art, a sport renowned for its power and agility. It primarily utilizes the human body's fists, legs, knees, and elbows as eight weapons for attack. The techniques—punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes—are executed with fluidity and precision, showcasing immense power and sharp offensive capabilities, earning it the reputation as the "Art of Eight Limbs."
