I made a reservation around 8 PM the night before departure, and it was confirmed quickly. Our guide, Lin Ho, provided thorough and detailed explanations (consecutive explanations in four languages: Japanese, Korean, English, and Chinese, and the Korean explanations were particularly fluent and thorough). We left at 9 AM, and due to road conditions, we went to Shirakawa-go first before heading to Takayama. We stayed in Shirakawa-go for about an hour and a half (please note that this tour does not include the observatory; a 30-minute round trip walk from Shirakawa-go is sufficient). We stayed in Takayama for about two hours, and arrived at Nagoya Station around 7:10 PM. I didn't have high expectations, but it was a great way to experience the atmosphere of a mountain village and a small inland town. Although I made the reservation on short notice, I think it was a satisfying and fulfilling trip.★

A rather unusual experience, a very magical and beautiful location with hot springs where monkeys live (absolutely calm and do not pay attention to people), but be mentally prepared for a long journey (4 hours one way).★

In fact, it is more troublesome to take a ride to these two places. It is very convenient to buy this itinerary. It takes you to various attractions for sightseeing. The church in Karuizawa is not bad. The church in Karuizawa is beautiful. I will think that I can travel in depth next time.★
