1. Base introduction
1. Guangxi Huangshi Dairy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Huangshi Dairy Group Co., Ltd. It was founded on December 25, 2015, and is located at No. 65 Fengda Road, High-Tech Zone. The company is recognized as a smart factory demonstration enterprise in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, a youth science and technology education base in Guangxi, a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, and a milk source base for student milk programs.
2. The company's business scope covers the research, development, production, and sales of dairy products and protein beverages. Its products include pasteurized milk, modified milk, and fermented milk made primarily from black-and-white Holstein milk and buffalo milk, totaling 12 major series with over 70 varieties. The company operates an intelligent, digitalized, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly smart manufacturing dairy processing plant, equipped with 26 automated production lines. The first phase of the plant's automated warehouse consists of 4 palletizing robots responsible for handling products from approximately 9 aseptic filling production lines across 30 specifications.
3. In 2022, the company was approved as both a Nanning City and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region research and practice education base. The research programs include 2 sets of courses for grades 1-3, 2 sets for grades 4-6, 2 sets for middle school, and 2 sets for high school, with a single-session capacity of up to 500 participants.
