- 1. When placing an order, please provide the names and contact numbers of all visitors. For children, please include their date of birth (children under 7 years old or shorter than 1.3m must use a child safety seat when traveling abroad and occupy their own seat). Same price for all visitors.
- 2. Half-day fixed city tour from 9 AM to 1 PM, priced at 499/person. An additional 100/person surcharge applies for other time slots.
- 3. Half-day fixed itinerary to Muriwai Gannet Colony from 9 AM to 1 PM, priced at 599/person. An additional 100/person surcharge applies for other time slots.

- If travelers are late or fail to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip. No cancellations or refunds will be processed for such cases. The itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other reasons.
