Erhai Lake is absolutely stunning! However, weather is crucial; a cloudy day would significantly diminish its beauty. We were lucky to avoid rain. The driver was contacted in advance and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the sights along the way, answered all our questions, and explained the local customs and culture of Dali. He was patient, enthusiastic, and humorous throughout the trip. I especially want to commend the driver's sense of responsibility. When we got out of the car, I carelessly left something behind, and I needed to go to the airport the next day for my return trip. After contacting him, he immediately arranged for a courier service. I'm incredibly grateful! Thumbs up!

The tour operator was prompt in contacting me after I made the reservation, and they were professional and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stop at Shaxi quite last minute since my mother injured her knee, but the team was prompt in assisting me to change it to a direct transfer from Dali to Lijiang instead so that we could arrive Lijiang earlier to rest. Thanks again!
