Awesome! A representative contacted me immediately after the purchase, discussed all the details via WhatsApp, and I received clear instructions in Russian. Upon arrival at the airport, a staff member met me at the designated location and walked me through all the steps (I purchased a full FastTrack pass for everything)—the total time was about 15 minutes. And that was only because there was already a small line of people checking in who had also purchased a FastTrack pass. I highly recommend these guys; their service is top-notch.★

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After much deliberation, I only have one thought after using it: It was definitely the right choice!
When I saw the "Vietnam Airport VIP Fast Track (Skip Long Queues) - Ho Chi Minh Airport VIP Fast Immigration" service on Trip for my trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I hesitated for a long time.
Before my trip, I read many articles and traveler reviews on Trip, constantly wondering: "Is it really necessary to pay extra for fast track?" "How much faster is it?" "Will there actually be that many people at the airport?" In the end, I thought that since I was traveling abroad, the last thing I wanted to waste was waiting in line at the airport after arrival, so I decided to book it.
After using it, I can only say: It was absolutely worth the money!
Upon arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, the entire fast track immigration process was much smoother than I had imagined. There were staff to assist and guide me; I didn't have to wander around the crowded airport confused. Then, I went through the fast track immigration process.
Seeing the long queues at the regular immigration area, and then realizing you've already smoothly completed immigration, you truly feel:
"Thank goodness I booked this before I left!"
Especially after a long flight to Vietnam, everyone's first thought is to quickly clear immigration, collect their luggage, and leave the airport to officially begin their journey, not waste precious travel time queuing.
The biggest advantage of this service for me isn't the so-called "VIP" aspect, but rather saving time and energy, and reducing the uncertainty of arriving at an unfamiliar airport for the first time.
The entire process was assisted and guided, and the clearance was very smooth. The actual experience completely met my expectations when I booked this service.
Furthermore, I think this service is especially suitable for first-time visitors to Vietnam, independent travelers, travelers with elderly relatives or children, or travelers who have airport pickup, restaurant reservations, or other planned itineraries upon arrival. Because if the immigration queue gets long, all subsequent itineraries can be affected.
I personally read numerous reviews on Trip and considered it carefully before deciding to book, so I'm sharing my experience here for anyone still hesitant like I was:

There wasn't much to do in Hanoi, so I joined this tour. The itinerary started with seeing the pearls, then we boarded a yacht and had lunch. After disembarking, we took a small boat or a double kayak (prices may vary) to visit a cave. There was supposed to be a visit to Paradise Island, but we didn't go, perhaps because we didn't have enough time. We had afternoon tea and a party on the boat; the foreigners seemed to be having a great time, and I enjoyed watching them too.★

A wonderful excursion. It's a bit boring on your own, but that's not the excursion itself. It's better to find someone to go with in advance. Regarding the excursion: the guide was excellent, the views were simply stunning. The bus driver was attentive. There was plenty of food on the yacht. It turned out it wasn't cold in the cave. I recommend this excursion.
