It can be activated within 1 year after successful booking and is valid for 30 days upon activation

Your e-Pass can be synchronized with the Go City app

Please download the pass directly to your smartphone and present the QR code to enter the attraction

Some attractions require advance reservations, please see the guide for details

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 90 day(s) after the Booking date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 90 day(s) after the Booking date, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Each attraction can only be used once and cannot be reused.
Please note that activated tickets are non-refundable. Once you enter any attraction, your ticket will be activated.
Some attractions require advance reservations. Please refer to the guidebook for details.
