eSIM must have data roaming enabled to connect to the internet after activation.
Local network operators: AT&T / T Mobile / Verizon (Automatically connect to the network after installation and activation, or you can manually select the operator to connect to the network)

After purchase, eSIM QR Code will be sent to your email address within 3 minutes.
Once installed, the eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled on the same device up to 10 times.
An eSIM can be reinstalled on the same device within the validity period of the QR code (for an inactive eSIM) or the validity period of the plan (for an activated eSIM). Once the validity period has expired, it cannot be reinstalled.


[eSlM Conditions of Use]
1. The device supports eSlM function
Query method: Dial the phone interface and dial *#06#. Generally, having an EID means eSIM is supported. You cannot use eSIM without EID
2. Mobile phones that are not locked to the network
Query method: Confirm with the operator whether your device is locked to the network.
*Please check whether you meet the above conditions before purchasing. Only if you meet them can you use eSIM normally.

eSIM can only be installed when there is an internet connection, so it is recommended to install eSIM 6-12 hours before departure,
[Enable data roaming]
Please make sure that eSlM's Data Roaming option is enabled.
[Do not remove eSlM after installation]
Each QR code can only be installed once and we cannot assist you if the eSIM has been removed from the device.
