Our snowy trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely magical. Seeing the Great Wall blanketed in white snow was a breathtaking wow moment—I completely fell in love. The bus arrived on time, and our tour guide Amelia explained everything clearly on the way, which made us feel prepared and at ease. She also explained the different routes on the wall and gave us the option to choose, which we really appreciated. The countryside buffet included with our ticket was delicious and comforting—something I would happily choose over Burger King or Subway. We also loved the optional Great Wall certificate as a meaningful keepsake. The cable car ride going up was a bit scary, but the ride down was smooth and enjoyable. We’re very glad we chose Mutianyu over Badaling. There was a small misunderstanding about an earlier bus departure, but the lady organizer handled it kindly and professionally, personally apologizing and making sure everything went smoothly. The experience was surreal!

Guide Ma's explanations were incredibly detailed. He not only explained the general significance of the attractions but also highlighted many hidden gems. Before coming, I only knew about the "Fu" (福, meaning good fortune) character stele, but today I learned about the "One Emperor, Two Kings" stele. The entire interactive session was super smooth; I give you a thumbs up! 👍 Thank you for your wonderful experience! 👍 Small gifts were also provided during the interactive session.

The tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Jessie, was great. We had an issue with our cable car ticket, so we had to buy another one, but she refund us the first one right away after we told her about the issue! She also told us many interesting stories that we probably wouldn’t have heard with other guides and she was super friendly! She also took us to an amazing spot to take a picture while we were at the summer palace!
