For same-day bookings, our staff will send you a meeting SMS before 12:00 noon—please check your messages. If you haven't been contacted within the specified time, please call the emergency contact number provided in the confirmation SMS or contact customer support. For same-day bookings, the guide and staff will contact you via SMS before 12:00 on your travel day.
