About Self-Assembly
(1) 6:50 Zhengzhou Hotel: Right at the main entrance of the hotel; (This is the Zhengzhou Railway Station meeting point)
(2) Departure point at 7:20 AM from Zhengzhou Erqi Square Station, Subway Exit H; located in the city center at the intersection of Subway Line 1 and Line 3. The parking spot is immediately to your right after exiting from Exit H. Easily accessible by taxi or subway.
(3) 7:30 AM meeting point at Green City Square, exit from subway station Exit D and the meeting point is on the left side; (bus temporarily stops here)
About guide notifications
Between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM the day before departure, staff will contact you by phone or SMS (please ensure your phone number is correct) to confirm your exact pick-up location and time. Please keep your phone reachable.
(2) During holidays, notification times may be delayed. If no one has contacted you by 9:00 PM, please reach out to customer support.
Lower change and cancellation fees:
Student IDs and teacher qualification certificates qualify for half-price admission tickets. Military officer cards, disability certificates, press cards, police IDs, retired military personnel, and those aged 60 and above (inclusive) qualify for free admission tickets.
2. For those over 1.4m who booked at adult prices, half-price admission tickets will be refunded. Children under 1.4m don't need tickets - just book at child price which only includes round-trip transportation fees.
3. Refunds will be processed based on valid ID. After verification by the guide, the price difference will be refunded according to the travel agency's discounted rate.
