Our guide, Yoyo, and driver picked us up on time and introduced us to Thai culture, customs, and history, including Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), and the Pratunam Buddha. We booked a day trip to the zoo the day before. A staff member created a group chat so we could ask questions and get prompt answers. The driver, a local Thai, picked us up early the next morning. He was very nice and explained how to explore the zoo, including parking at photo spots. He was very attentive to the elderly. The zoo offers wheelchair rentals for 700 baht per day, which is great for people with mobility issues. The zoo has separate wildlife areas, and you can drive there. We watched a marine animal show, which was excellent despite our limited time; we saw everything we wanted to see. It was a very good experience.★

The pre-trip consultation with the supplier went smoothly. They were able to customize the time and pick-up location and answered all my questions about the itinerary. The customer service was excellent. I booked a regular sedan for three adults, but a large, new, and clean car arrived on the day of the trip, making the entire journey very comfortable. Although the driver couldn't communicate in English, translation software was sufficient. You need to manage your driving time when entering the Safari area; you can also choose to schedule it later. The park is very large, and with young children, time might be a little insufficient. You can always come back or add more time.
