The guide and driver could hardly speak any English although it was advertised as English speaking. Luckily we managed to survive with our basic Chinese.

I took two elderly people on a trip, and since they have difficulty walking, I booked this tour. The driver was very attentive, proactively opening doors and helping them get on and off the bus. He also provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, and the itinerary was well-planned, neither rushed nor tiring. He gave suggestions for visiting each attraction and reminded people to avoid grassy areas.

I had a good experience with this tour, they were reaching out to me through wechat two days before and their communication was great! I'm thankful for the other review on this tour that helped set my expectations. I had my phone fully charged and took a battery backup. I had a translator app on my phone and tried to be close to tour guide Mr.Zhang so I could stay informed. Mr.Zhang did a great job making sure I understood the meet up times and was very kind. He was also very knowledge and I could tell he was a proud local who wanted to share the significance of his city. He was thoughtful too, it was a hot day and he kept reminding us to be in the shade. If I needed to talk to him, I sent him a WeChat text. The bus driver was great too, smooth driving and promptly picked us up when Mr.Zhang called him. I would suggest, if you have kids to consider the length of this tour, it was a long even for adults also, do the relaxing boat ride which has air conditioning, great info and scenery

Both drivers were very nice and took good care of us. Because there were many children, they patiently explained the precautions. Overall, we had a lot of fun.
