We decided to join a moderate difficulty glacier hike rather than an easier ice cave tour to have a more relaxed and personal experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the hike! Both guides were super fun. knowledgeable and informative, taught us all about Milankovitch cycles and moraines and many more! They took us into a cave and up and down meanders to truly immerse ourselves into Mother Nature. I feel so lucky to have seen and been on this immaculate beauty and with lovely company. Would definitely recommend!★

The experience was pretty good, but the blue ice cave we actually saw was a bit small. However, the scenery along the way was quite nice. Although hot chocolate was not provided, the tour guide was very professional and the staff at the counter were very patient in helping us. Overall it was very good!★

Booking this on Trip.com provides a very good service. If you have any questions, you can directly give feedback to the customer service and get a timely reply. The group is an English group. Except that we are all foreigners, the tour guide is also a local tour guide. It is still difficult to walk on the glacier. The guide provided good professional guidance before the hike, the scenery was really beautiful but it was cold and the weather changed very quickly
