Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.★

I want to thank our guide Lena for our trip! Everything was incredibly convenient: coordination via WhatsApp, no delays, and they immediately offered to buy tickets for the funicular or cable car on the spot. They explained in detail the differences between the routes and the locations of everything. They also offered a buffet, which was much cheaper than lunch at other establishments on the wall. We were given plenty of time on the wall to see everything. We also had the option to leave early with another group instead of waiting.★
