Details: Nathan Road is the main thoroughfare in Kowloon, often referred to as the ‘The Golden Mile’. This bustling 3.6km strip is lined with mega malls, shops, cafes and restaurants and throngs of tourists and we pass though it several times during the tour. Details: With over 100 stalls of bargain clothing, accessories and souvenirs, the Ladies’ Market on Tung Choi Street provides a one-kilometre stretch on which to practise your haggling skills. It gets its name from the huge amount of clothing and accessories on sale for women of all ages; however, with watches, cosmetics, bags, home furnishings, CDs and trinkets also up for grabs. Details: Our tour ends at the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront which offers exceptional views of the Hong Kong skyline. Here we relax and discuss the history and development of the Hong Kong skyline from the early 1800s to the present day. Depending on the time of our tour you may be able to watch the Hong Kong light show which runs every day at 8pm.
