How to use

A confirmation text will be sent to you after successful booking by Trip.com

After receiving the e-mail, please exchange the ticket in PDF format with QR code (no need to print), just bring your passport with you with the ticket page open to show it to one of our on street staff who will issue you your ticket

Redemption Location: Any Big Bus stop or the Big Bus information center, 11 avenue de l’Opéra 75001 Paris

Please note that only the Red Route will be available during the epidemic control period. The first bus will leave stop #1 (Eiffel Tower) and 10:00 and the last bus will arrive back to stop #1 at 18:45 (total duration 2 hours 20 mins; one bus leaving every 60 min)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

First bus: 09:15

Last bus: 18:30-19:30 (depending on the season)

Montmartre Route - Blue

Tour Duration: 1 Hour 10 Minutes

Frequency: Every 30 Minutes

First bus: 10:00

Last bus: 17:30
