I waited from noon to evening the day before the trip, contacting online customer service several times. However, the tour group staff didn't contact me or mention pick-up. Around 8 PM, I directly complained to online customer service (because the platform's cancellation policy is before 7 PM the day before, which essentially meant I had no choice!). Shortly after the complaint, the tour group staff contacted me via WeChat to confirm pick-up and drop-off at the meeting point. The tour guide was very responsible throughout, explaining a lot about Yunnan and Kunming, and was very patient. Because there were too many tourist attractions and photo spots, the pace was fast, and only the highlights were covered. If you want to spend time taking photos at the attractions, this tour might not be suitable. As for the food, both the presentation and taste need significant improvement.

I booked a small group tour through Ctrip, and the driver arrived at the hotel on time. She was very friendly, a skilled driver—fast and steady—and the itinerary was well-planned. This tour was even better than the description. Our driver was kind and helpful and our guide was outstanding, we would definitely recommend this tour. We did have to pay an additional 25rmb for the bus in the stone Forest but it was well worth it. Absolutely fascinating and spectacular.

this private trip was so good. they pick up us at our hotel and bring us to shilin stone park, yunnan traditional village and dianchi lake. overall we love it as it depends on our time. recommended who wants to get private trip with excellent and comfortable car 😂
