The Mont Saint-Michel day tour was very professional and well organized. Guests were divided into groups from the beginning, with multiple buses and staff members supporting each group. Our guide was friendly, enthusiastic, and very helpful.
The journey is quite long, so there was a lot of time spent sleeping on the bus and it can be tiring. The tour also arrived about an hour later than the scheduled time, but the return to Paris was on time. The guide was still friendly and understanding even when I was a few minutes late returning to the bus.
There was a rest-stop on both the outbound and return journeys. However, on the way back, everyone was required to get off the bus at the rest stop, which was inconvenient because many people were already tired.
Overall, a well-organized tour with good service. Worth considering if you want to visit Mont Saint-Michel from Paris.★

We participated as a family of four on September 12, 2026. Trip.com's instructions said to arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time, but the tickets we received said to arrive 30 minutes early. We arrived early just to be safe, and there were already quite a lot of people there.
It was our first time at Mont Saint-Michel, and we were very satisfied.
We met a little after 4 PM and headed back by bus, but apparently there was a tunnel accident along the way, causing a two-hour traffic jam! We were scheduled to arrive at 9 PM, but ended up arriving at 11 PM. Bus trips can have these kinds of problems, so it's important to plan your schedule with plenty of buffer time before and after the trip.★

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate at all on our excursion, but we still have to say that even in bad weather, the tour is absolutely recommendable. The tour guide was extremely friendly and organized. While the cliffs weren't quite the same backdrop in the rain as they probably would have been in sunshine, they still possessed a certain charm in the rain and wind that was well worth experiencing. The town of Honfleur is also worth a visit; you can find everything you're looking for in the numerous shops and pick up a small souvenir to suit every taste. Delicious food and the harbor setting make for a very pleasant stay. All in all, the excursion was worthwhile and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
