It was great, we really enjoyed it. The guide, Simon, was very nice. He messaged us on WhatsApp in advance, met us in the hotel lobby at the appointed time, and brought us back in the evening. He gave us brief information at every location, telling us where we were going, where to go, what to see, where to take photos, etc. It was a great half-day 👍 thank you 🙏

First of all, your language skills are almost at a native level; you answered every question I asked about Vietnam so fluently that it made me forget you were Vietnamese. I was touched by how you went out of your way to be considerate of us and make us feel comfortable at every moment. Even though it was only a half-day trip, it felt like we were old friends. Although you are younger than me, during our time together, you didn't act like a child but rather like a guardian, making me feel a sense of security. Your kind nature and sincerity left a very lasting impression on me as a guide. The next time I book a tour in Vietnam, I would definitely want to connect with the company you work for to meet you again. Your image of Vietnam has improved even more. I remember every single detail: you even rode a wish boat to take photos and chat with us, held an umbrella over us in Hoi An, explained every place in detail, and worried about us getting hot when we had a stomachache and tried to resolve it. We couldn't miss visiting Ba Na Hills on a family trip to Da Nang. The weather was great today, so I was able to capture the Golden Bridge clearly in my photos. It was a wonderful trip.
