I joined a snow-playing and Arima hot spring tour on January 28th at Mount Rokko. The tour leader, Lully, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, and she handled any issues that arose with other group members very quickly and efficiently. We had a fantastic time! Lully switched between three languages during the tour – Chinese, English, and Korean – which was truly impressive! I highly recommend Lully and the driver! Taking a day trip is so relaxing; you can sleep and rest as soon as you get on the bus. Highly recommended!★

It was a pleasure to meet Yu Qihang san. He was incredibly dedicated throughout the trip, explaining the activities and important details in the most balanced way possible. He even had to explain things in two languages, one to the Chinese and one to the Japanese clients - it was truly hard work.
