1. Pick-up available at intersections around Lijiang ancient town and Shuhe ancient town (areas such as Lion Hill, Lijiang airport, and train station are not within the pick-up & drop-off area; please proceed to the meeting point on your own).
2. Off-peak season pick-up starts around 7:00 am, peak season time may be earlier.
3. The shuttle itinerary may involve vehicle changes. Please be advised.
4. Our driver (guide) will call you to confirm the specific pick-up location and time by 22:30 the day before departure. Please ensure your phone is reachable. If you haven't received a notification call by 22:30, please contact our supplier or the customer support staff assigned to you.

2. Due to vehicle restrictions in the ancient town, travelers staying there will be dropped off at the nearest intersection of east gate or north gate. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
3. Approx. arrival time in Shangri-La is around 18:00 (subject to return transportation conditions and sightseeing progress).
4. All itinerary times are estimates only - actual tour ending time depends on the day's activities. If you have train/flight arrangements on the same day, we don't recommend booking this tour as you'll be responsible for any losses caused by late return.
