It was great, got to see a lot in one trip! Recommend booking in the booths if you can, it costs a lot more to book via "getYourGuide". It said 25€ at the booth over there, while we paid 40€ here. But all in all - the trip was great - great guide.

we had Mathias as the boat driver and Bushi as our guide which both of them were funny and wonderfull to have. The speed boat ride was bumpy, fast and some time a adrenaline rush with some sharp turns.... the soda and beers were included and also a chicken sandwich. All and all it was a fun trip and time past bij fast..... thx Bushi

We were there in October and there were 10 of us on the boat, so it was great! We were like the boat to ourselves everywhere! The captain spoke perfect English and was very nice 😍 thank you!

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.

The hotel staff were very polite and answered all questions. The food selection was extensive, with various dishes to choose from, and the quality was very high. The environment was spacious and comfortable, without feeling cramped.

Good variety of foods, and they were replenished immediately. Roast beef, steamed fish, sweet vinegar pork knuckles and ginger were highly popular dishes. Decent price for a lunch buffet. Seats were well spaced, and it was comfortable without feeling crowded. Staff were friendly and empty dishes were removed promptly. Will come back again.
