We had a wonderful experience on our Seoraksan and Nami Island tour with Lecirt via Trip.com! Our whole family truly enjoyed the trip, and it became one of the highlights of our time in Korea.
A special thank you to our tour guide, Jin, who was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire tour. He made sure everything went smoothly and that our family was comfortable and enjoying every stop. The beautiful scenery at Seoraksan and Nami Island made the experience even more memorable.

Our tour guide David was very nice, spoke clearly, kind, and funny :) he was on time and made sure that everyone is comfortable and got the best of their time on their trip. Took so many photos of us as well at each of the places so we have a lot to remember and look back to. The trip was packed but worth the whole day because we got to see so many things! The highlight of our trip would be the rail bike in the bubble tunnel, was a lot of fun! 하루 종일 우리의 가이드도 됐고 기사도 됐고 해서 정말 고생이 많으셨읍니다, 감사합니다!!★

We had the most amazing ski experience thanks to our tour guide CHUCK! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, smooth, and so much fun. As beginners, we felt safe, guided, and encouraged every step of the way.
CHUCK was very patient, knowledgeable, and attentive — making sure everyone was comfortable and confident before going down the slopes. He didn’t just teach us how to ski, but also shared helpful tips, techniques, and little details that made the experience even more enjoyable.
What I appreciated most was his positive energy and calm presence. It made such a difference, especially when we were feeling nervous at first!

An unexpectedly wonderful experience! The travel agency, SA Tour, and our guide, Yamy, made excellent arrangements. They made sure to note our requests beforehand, and even sent a WhatsApp group message before departure to inform us of the itinerary and things to watch out for. Yamy's arrangements and explanations on the day were meticulous and attentive, making it a wonderful day trip. The guide and the itinerary deserve full marks! The alpacas were adorable, the bicycles and miniature train were fun, and there was ample time for sightseeing. Nami Island is beautiful and relaxing, with many small animals and trees; walking and cycling are very pleasant. The only downside is to be prepared for traffic on the return trip, which took over two hours. Overall, however, the trip was fulfilling, fun, and the scenery was beautiful, with a great guide. Full marks! Thank you so much, Yamy, for the arrangements. Very good!★

Zero is beautiful and kind-hearted. I completely don't understand why she said some tourists commented that she wasn't good-looking but was professional—she's clearly very beautiful! She's fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, a professional tour leader, and has a dry sense of humor. The trip was excellent value for money. The miniature train was fun too; I loved watching Winter Sonata as a child, so this was a dream come true. At Petite France, the kids had a blast on the inflatable slides, and the adults took great photos. At the end of the trip, we even went to Hongdae to listen to music. Overall, it was a perfect, incredibly enriching, and unforgettable trip.
