I had a great tour today. The driver was extremely kind and took very good care of me. She was patient, friendly, and made a real effort to communicate in English, which was very much appreciated. Her English was good and easy to understand.
The car was clean and well-prepared, and she always punctual. She gave excellent recommendations and took me directly to each destination. Whenever there was a problem, she quick to help and solve it. She is very professional and highly familiar with the routes.

I was very satisfied with the trip, except for a slight discrepancy in the agreed-upon time with the driver. However, arriving early meant waiting until 2 PM to enter the park (some online sources said it opened at 12 PM, which is inaccurate). The driver provided a private car service, and luggage could be stored at the park entrance. After entering at 2 PM, I followed the park's activities, which were seamlessly integrated, and the live performances were truly impressive. I even had the opportunity to participate as a "firefighter" during the earthquake, which was very engaging. The final interactive Dai-style carnival was the highlight. The half-day trip was very fulfilling!★

Very happy that they managed to secure the tickets for the cable car to head up to the highest platform for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We managed to experience the climb up to highest platform at 4680m while enjoying the stunning snow peaks. Blue Moon Valley was also exceptionally beautiful and scenic with many photo spots. Our Tour guide and driver were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the sharing by our Chinese tour guide 杨导. We overstayed at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley, and ran out of time to visit Shuhe Ancient Village but we were fine as we had already accomplished what we really wanted to see, the former two. While there were some misunderstanding on the provision of oxygen canisters, the tour agency (iMemory Trip) was fast to rectify it and refunded us what was paid. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

The day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was a fantastic experience. Our driver, Ah Zhi, was patient and responsible, driving smoothly and quickly, and providing detailed explanations along the way. We saw the golden sunrise on the mountain, reached the summit at 4680 meters, and were also amazed by the beauty of Spruce Meadow and Blue Moon Valley. I hope to have the opportunity to come again.★

The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends 😁 They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. You’ll pay ¥150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge there’s an extra ¥70 yuan for elevator used but it’s optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but it’s was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state I’ll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing I’m ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance 💃 Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended 💯
