The whole trip was very well organised from pick up to drop off. We had WiFi on the coach. Our guide, Louise, was fabulous. She sang Maori songs to us and taught us a song! She was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

The whole family had the most amazing day with Murray visiting thr Hobbiton village and the Glow worm caves. Murray was extremely knowledgeable and explained things and places with great detail. Bush and Beach are lucky to have him. He made sure we had a great time in the bus, while we stopped for a coffee break, at the movie set and the caves. And all through the drive as well.

Seeing the set and the detailed work of so many talented people going into building this fictional place was amazing. The only slight drawback was the lunch, that - while the food was good quality - was lacking atmosphere. It felt very conveyor belt/logistics forward with a strict and tight timeline which undermined the setting of the festive tent where the lunch took place.

Day was excellent. We were leaving that day on a cruise and selected the excursion because it stated a good return time for our needs. Once there we were told by the driver that it would in fact be much longer than advertised. In the end it all worked out but I would change the return time for this excursion to what it really is for those that have a departure time.
