The young lady at the ticket counter gave us a very warm welcome :) The museum was interesting for Klimt fans, but a bit smaller than expected. The price-performance ratio would have been good if the audio guide had been included with the ticket.★

The guided tour was very well done; my mother-in-law was provided with a wheelchair for the tour, which we greatly appreciated. As for the food, the Austrian meal was delicious, and to top it all off, the waiters played birthday music for my mother-in-law's 88th birthday. That was truly lovely. The concert was magnificent. They played and sang in French, wishing my mother-in-law a happy birthday. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gesture; it touched us deeply. Everything was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this service and this provider. Thank you!★

It was a great tour of Schönbrunn Palace. Our guide-her name, if I’m not mistaken, was Salin was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, professional, and provided lots of interesting information.
