we were very lucky, the day we booked the weather was really cloudy, we got to the location and were told that there was a private function and therefore closed to the public. we could get our money back or come the following day. At first we were annoyed, however we rearranged our day and made a return visit and the weather was clear blue skies - a very different view of the city and well worth making the visit.★

Our guide was fantastic, as were the other people attending the workshop. it was super interesting to learn the differences in jamon (and we then spent the rest of the evening and the next day guessing which kind of jamon we were being served in restaurants and hotel).
