The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived – a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.

We used Trip.com for the first time and were initially unsure whether the excursions were real or whether it would be better to book through a hotel guide. But everything went wonderfully! The drivers in Bali and Nusa Penida were punctual and polite, and the cars were clean. We enjoyed the snorkeling: we didn't see any manta rays, but we did see a large turtle. Thanks to our driver, Dede, in Nusa Penida! He was very nice, helped us quickly visit all the locations, and took great photos. The heat made walking a bit difficult, but the fast pace was actually a plus. A small downside was the public ferry. It was crowded and stuffy on the way out, and we had to wait about an hour in the heat for the return trip. But we were the first to board and got seats on the second deck, buying drinks. There was music playing, and we could sit outside and admire the ocean—it was a blast! The trip was a great experience. Everything was well organized, and the price was almost half what the tour operator offered. Thank you! Good luck to you!

I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming. He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip. If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back
